We have enjoyed teapigs for a while but the bags in the last box we have received are half filled and then mainly dust rather than whole chamomile flowers. Feel the quality has dropped in the interest of profit. Not sure the brand is still worth the premium.

Love Tea Pigs. Customer service is fantastic as is the ordering process. People always say how much for a tea bag, thats until they taste a cuppa made with them. Perfect for a occasional cuppa or for when you have guests/family over (if we can remember a time that was allowed). Top quality product and even better service levels.

Brand is all about making money and ripping customers off.I've been buying Tea Pigs for over 5 years and agree they are more expensive but don't mind.I've noticed less and less tea in each bag , to the point there is no flavour and the taste is now horrible.Nick and Louise ( company owners ) really need to go back to their roots and sharpish !

Although expensive, Teapigs everyday tea is worth every penny. It tastes fantastic and is my new firm favourite tea first thing in the morning!

Excellent variety. Thoroughly recommended company! Customer service is excellent aswell

Exceptional customer service. Will definitely order again. Dealt with my query very quickly and efficiently.

Unfortunately you're paying the premium price for their eco/green packaging rather than for the tea itself. I bought the breakfast brew and honestly, it isn't that great. Bearing in mind that Teapigs is just Tetley/Tata, you're better off saving your money and buying just normal Tetley, or investing in some proper, decent loose lease from a specialist. For a breakfast tea it just isn't strong enough, there is hardly any hint of the tannin that you'd expect from a good, morning brew. The initial flavour is lacking but there is a very herby aftertaste, much akin to a redbush kind of tea, which isn't particularly pleasant. The amount of tea in each 'temple' (posh pyramid teabag) is sparse. If there were more tea in each bag the flavour profile, I suspect, would be much different. Using two of these bags to get a decent brew is prohibited by the cost of each bag which equates to about 20p per 'temple'.

I started using Teapigs chamomile to help with insomnia - worked brilliantly, much more effective than any other chamomile tea I've tried. I started ordering directly from them recently - both orders have been delivered really quickly. Their teas are not cheap, but when you want something special they're hard to beat. Their honeybush / rooibos is the best I've found outside South Africa - available either as loose tea or in teabags. Their darjeeling tea is wonderful (but very expensive). Their everyday loose tea is really good. They also have a weekly newsletter, often with great offers. Enjoy!!

Lovely teas and a wide array of choice. I ordered just before Xmas, during Covid so expected to wait for my order.. it was here the next day!! Fantastic. Will order again definitely.

Tea is tasty and customer service was very good. There was a delay in my order and it didn't arrive when expected, I contacted TeaPigs and they immediately sent out a replacement order. This was despite them dispatching it and the error occurring elsewhere in the delivery process.

These are really great quality herbal tea bags. I’ve had several of the flavours now but my favourite is the Snooze blend - light flavour but one that you can actually taste and without being overpowering. They certainly relax me before bed and I actually enjoy sitting down with a brew now. I especially like that they don’t use licorice as a sweetener like many others do - its too overpowering so drowns out other flavours. Yes they’re a little more expensive than other brands but the quality makes up for this and you can get 2 cups out of many of the bags to make them go a little further. That they’re 100% compostible as they use no plastic (despite the packaging looking like it is plastic - it’s not) is a bonus.
